50 sqmts. residence, as the name suggest the residence is designed on the plot area of only 50 sqmts. 

Client's Brief and Requirements :

The client approached us with a very predictive requirements, things turned around when during the construction client wanted to change the way staircase was designed from internally to an external unit. The client wanted to have a cozy comfortable house for his family. A daughter, a son, a wife and frequent visitor from his nearby village. 

Keepin in consideration the requirements we proposed to client to have multiple floors where we can divide the function of the residence in a vertical fashion. The ground floor thus became a place for entertaining guest with a beautiful lounge area and a guest bedroom with a toilet, which may be used as an elderly room when guest are not around.

The first floor consisted of two bedrooms while the central lounge becomes the heart of the residence with the kitchen and the dining area at the centre of the floor. The first floor enjoys the beautiful overlooking balcony towards the central park area. Thus extending the house beyond the plot line.
